Download Cases

Note: If the case includes audio, the .mp3 file will be included in the export. The audio for the X Series and the AED comes off of the defib in the form of an .ogg file. This file will be combined with the correlating defib file and added into the .zol file. The segments in the .ogg file with audio are lined up with that time within the case file. You will hear silence for segments with no audio.

You can find the download link on the far-right column of the case on the Manage Cases page. When you click the download link you navigate directly to the case's Exports tab.

The Exports tab has two options, download a case file in a .jason (raw defib file) or .zol file format (case file).

Notes:

• A single file imported from the R and E Series may contain multiple cases. If so, CaseReview breaks the file into individual cases and displays the cases on the Manage Cases page. You can download one of these cases at a time.
• If you have Code Review installed, when you download a .zol file format, the case automatically opens in Code Review.
