Password Recovery

Use the following steps to acquire a new password:

1. Access http://www.zollonline.com from any supported browser.

2. Click Forgot password? on the ZOLL Online Login page. The system prompts you to enter the email address that you used when you signed up with ZOLL Online.

3. Enter the email address and click Next. The system sends a temporary password to the email address you entered. The ZOLL Online Login Page displays. Leave this window open and go to your email.

4. Copy the temporary password from the email and paste it into the password field on the ZOLL Online Login Page.

5. Click Log in.

6. Enter your temporary password again and then a new password.

Change My Password

1. In the My Account page, click Change my password.

2. Enter your current password in the Current password field.

3. Enter your new password in the New password/Confirm new password field.

4. Click Change Password.
