Using Treatment Buttons

Pressing the Treatment quick access key causes the unit to display preconfigured buttons that contain clinical actions. These buttons allow you to add a treatment snapshot (which itemizes drugs or treatments administered to the patient) to a Treatment Summary Report. You can do this by selecting Print on Treatment Snapshot from Setup>Supervisor>Printer. The following is a list of preconfigured treatment buttons:

Customizing Treatment Buttons

You can also customize up to 9 treatment buttons by pressing the Setup quick access key ( ), and then selecting Supervisor>Log>Treatment Options. Highlight Define Custom Labels, and then can customize up to 9 buttons.
